Keep your body & brain active while at home with this fast-paced, interactive workout! Develop your mind-body coordination, learn new skills, and get your heart rate up. Exercise can be fun for all fitness levels!

Basic throwing and catching skills are helpful, but no experience is necessary.

2. Have 2 Balls Ready to Play!

BEFORE YOU START:

  1. Have 2 balls for each person playing. The balls can be tennis balls, beanbags, oranges, rolled up socks, or anything easy to throw and catch safely.

  2. Find an open space where you can set your phone or computer facing you.

  3. Practice during the week: If you want to learn more about HandEyeBody’s coordination exercises, and warm up before the game begins, scroll through the @HandEyeBody Instagram Channel for sample exercises for all levels, from beginner to advanced.

Stay inside, but don't stop moving, don't stop learning, & don't stop Playing!
